Recipe for the Official Platinum Jubilee Pudding

Out of 5000 entrants, Jemma Melvin has come out triumphant and won the Platinum Pudding Competition to produce a pudding to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with her Lemon Swiss Roll and Amaretti Trifle pudding. It is quite the showstopper.
