Following the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday, residents are invited to join Hook Parish Council Chairman, Councillor Rob Cowell OBE, to hear the reading of the Proclamation of our new Sovereign, His Majesty, King Charles III.
The Proclamation will take place at Hartletts Park, adjacent to the flagpole, on Sunday 11 September 2022 at 4.00pm.
If you plan to attend and travel by car, please ensure you have arrived by 3.50pm, as it may be necessary to restrict vehicle access to the car park for a short period whilst the Proclamation is read.
