A new support group for people aged 20-30 who feel socially isolated has been set up. The first meet up is a walk on Tuesday 27th July 3-4pm. Meeting point is in the car park of Hartley Wintney Medical Practice.
It is self run and supported by the British Red Cross Community Connectors, who are Social Prescribers at the Hartley Wintney surgery. This means they can help you access additional resources/services if you need them.
