Hart District Council have advised:
“To support local residents and businesses at this difficult time, Councillor Alan Oliver as Portfolio Holder has agreed to suspended charges in all Council public car parks until the end of June.
In the interest of public and highway safety, the Council will, however, maintain a parking enforcement service. This is to ensure people continue to park properly and do not abuse disabled bays and other traffic orders and restrictions.
To release resources and to remove unnecessary bureaucracy, the Council will not issue any new or replacement residents’ parking permits during this period. Existing permits will remain valid even if they expire before the end of June”
