Annual Village Meeting is back !

It’s back !!!
With less than a week to go we are very pleased to confirm that the Annual Village Meeting is back on Wednesday (11th May) at Hook Community Centre. Doors will open at 7:15pm to give you time to grab yourself a drink and have time to browse the large selection of local groups and organisations exhibiting prior to the main meeting starting at 8pm.
We have some fantastic guest speakers for the main meeting this year including:
The Deputy PCC (Police and Crime Commissioner) for Hampshire & Isle of Wight and a local Police Sargent
Our Architect to talk about the new sports pavilion that we hope to build on the North East Hook Sports Pitches
Village Magpies to tell us about the wide range of items they recycle that the doorstep collections can’t and where to find their bins
Finally, we will be announcing the winners of the Community Awards for 2020 and 2021 and the Outstanding Covid Response Award.
The agenda for the meeting and the list of groups exhibiting can be found here https://hook.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Agenda-Hook-Annual-Village-Meeting-11th-May-2022.pdf
We do hope you can join us
