Hook Parish Council‘s Minutes of Council and Committee meetings are published once they have been approved by the full Parish Council. This normally occurs at the next Council meeting. However, draft copies of minutes that are awaiting approval to be published are available on request – either by email or in hard copy at the Parish Council offices.
The Council’s Committees were re-organised in 2016:-
A new Planning and Infrastructure Committee took on the roles previously undertaken by the Planning Committee and the Development Strategy Committee, plus responsibility for infrastructure – especially highways.
A new Environment and Community Committee is now responsible for the matters previously handled by the Amenities Committee and also embodies the former Garden and Cemetery committee.
A new Finance, Strategy and Resources took over from the Finance Committee and the Staff Committee.

Please note that meetings are sometimes cancelled if there is no business to transact, so if there are no minutes available for a meeting in the regular schedule it is probably because the meeting did not occur.
