The Clerk to the Council (Proper Officer) is responsible for all aspects of the management of the Council’s business and governance.
The Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) manages the administration of the financial affairs of the Council.
The Environment and Community (E&C) Administrator manages the open spaces, play areas, grounds maintenance contracts, the cemetery and street furniture and is the E &C Committee officer.
The Planning and Infrastructure (P&I) Administrator co-ordinates responses to Hart District Council planning applications relevant to Hook, developer and local infrastructure liaison and is the officer supporting the P&I Committee.
The Community Engagement Administrator is responsible for updating the Parish Council’s app, its website and its presence on social media, in addition to the detailed organisation of council-run events.
