To enable us to give you the best service, please direct all enquiries to the Parish Council office in the first instance. The office opening hours are 9am – 12noon Monday to Friday but phone calls may be answered outside these times – or please leave a message.
Our offices at Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, RG27 9NN are accessible for wheelchair users. There is ample disabled parking available onsite.

The Executive Officer is the Clerk to the Parish Council and is responsible for all aspects of the Council's administration and finance.
The Environment and Community Administrator is clerk to the Environment and Community Committee and deals with maintenance contracts, the cemetery and equipment such as seats and play areas.
The Planning and Infrastructure Administrator is clerk to the Planning and Infrastructure Committee.
The Community Engagement Administrator is responsible for updating the Parish Council's app, its website and its presence on social media, in addition to the detailed organisation of council-run events.
